This project comprised three distinct stages, with the primary redevelopment effort referred to as the South Block, encompassing both Stage 1 and Stage 2.
The South Block now stands as a two-story structure, housing multiple new classrooms, breakout spaces, library facilities, and staff workrooms/offices. Stage 3 saw the construction of the Administration Block, situated north of Stages 1 and 2.
Aquaheat NZ Ltd successfully installed new HVAC systems in these buildings, seamlessly integrating them with existing mechanical and electrical services. AirRated® provided commissioning services for the mechanical air and water systems in these completed structures.
