We are a solutions based independent commissioning firm with vast technical knowledge in the testing & balancing of HVAC systems. We pride ourselves in providing accurate test results, using state-of-the-art instrumentation to meet Design Engineers specifications.
AirRated® are Commissioning Agents dedicated to ensuring industry excellence in the the commissioning process from design through to post occupancy management.
Our independent Qualified Persons (IQP) can complete testing, inspections and maintenance on specified building systems as part of the BWoF requirements under the Building Act 2004. Specified systems covered by AirRated® are SS5, SS9, SS11 & SS13.1.
AirRated® provides a full suite of cleanroom testing to meet the specifications of your individual cleanroom requirements.
The Blower Door Test is a recognised method used to determine the total air lost through building fabric, also known as the building envelope .
Using the latest technology, AirRated® provides a cost efficient solution to inspection, maintenance, & commissioning of mechanical plant and underfloor heating systems with thermal imaging.
