On the outskirts of Ōtautahi Christchurch, you will find the new AgResearch facility located in Lincoln.
This building is designed to showcase the organisation’s research and innovation as well as attract future generations of scientists and students.
The facility features a new sciences workplace building and a state-of-the-art laboratory building. Construction of AgResearch is well underway, with completion expected to be complete by the end of 2023. DBC Building Services Ltd are providing the Mechanical Services installations. AirRated® are engaged to test, commission & certify the HVAC systems & laboratories.
