AirRated® was engaged as the independent commissioning specialist for the new PAK’nSAVE Rolleston development, delivering performance verification of the HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems across the retail floor and associated admin spaces.
Our scope included full airside testing and balancing, plant performance verification, and functional testing of the air handling, VRF air conditioning, and ventilation systems to ensure compliance with the design intent and project specifications. AirRated® worked closely with the project team to validate system performance, optimise airflow distribution, and support successful handover of fully operational, compliant mechanical systems.
