Our recent projects.
AirRated® is currently engaged on a range of HVAC commissioning assignments across major commercial, education, healthcare, infrastructure, and industrial projects throughout New Zealand.
These projects are delivered within live construction and pre-handover environments, where our role is to coordinate commissioning activities, confirm system readiness, and progressively test & balance and validate performance as systems are brought online. Our involvement supports structured testing, informed issue resolution, and a controlled transition from construction to operation.

Over the past two years, AirRated® has delivered independent HVAC commissioning services across a broad range of commercial and large-scale developments.
These projects demonstrate our capability in the verification of air and water systems through detailed testing, balancing, functional performance testing and compliance reporting. Our work focuses on confirming system performance against design intent, applicable New Zealand standards, and project specifications – providing clear, evidence-based outcomes to support practical handover and reliable ongoing operation.

Our early projects focused on developing robust commissioning processes, strong technical capability, and trusted working relationships with consultants, contractors, and building owners. That foundation continues to guide our approach today — independent, methodical, and focused on real-world system performance.
