Skyline Queenstown is investing in a significant upgrade and expansion of its facilities. The project is a one in 30-year project. As well as a complete redevelopment of the Skyline upper complex and brand-new bottom entry terminal, the project will see the current four-seater Gondola system replaced with a state-of-the-art 10-seater Gondola and replacement of the Luge chairlift.
Together with Naylor Love as the Main Contractor and Aquaheat NZ as the Mechanical Contractor installing the HVAC equipment, AirRated® was engaged to independently commission the HVAC systems for the top terminal, bottom terminal and carpark building, with work now moving through to the Main Building in 2026.
