AirRated® was engaged as the independent commissioning specialist for The Court Theatre, delivering performance verification of the HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems throughout this landmark performing arts facility.
Our scope included full airside and waterside testing and balancing, plant performance verification, and functional testing of air handling systems, ventilation systems, and associated controls. AirRated® also verified life safety operation by testing fire and smoke control modes within the auditorium, confirming correct system response and smoke management in accordance with the project fire engineering and mechanical design requirements.
AirRated® worked closely with the project team to validate system performance and support successful handover of fully operational, compliant mechanical systems.
